Delivery Information

Our postal charges includes sending your impression kit via first class post, a pre-paid returns envelope, and delivery of your jewellery by your chosen postage option - Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. It also includes the postage of any extra kits you may require.

Your Impression kit will be sent out within 48 hours of placing an order (weekends not included). This will be sent by  1st  class post, a pre-paid envelope will be enclosed with your kit for you to return your impressions. Delivery may take slightly longer during our busiest periods - Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc.

Need your impression kit by the next Day? If time is of the essence, and you need your impression kit quickly, we can arrange next day delivery. Please give us a call / Text or email to arrange.

Next Day delivery can be arranged for orders placed before 3pm, at a cost of £6.50 ( Royal Mail special Delivery). 

Next Day delivery of kits can be organised Monday to Thursday.

 Postage Options for your Jewellery.

Your Jewellery can be sent by either Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. The cost of postage today is not cheap and so we do our best to keep this as affordable to our customers as possible. We are able to offer Signed For delivery at just £4.50, however Jewellery is not covered by Royal Mail whilst in their care, and therefore we do highly recommend Special Delivery which we do offer at a discounted rate of £6.50. With this option your Jewellery is insured for loss, damage or theft, and will arrive the following day after posting.

We do recommend choosing the Special Delivery option as this will insure your jewellery against loss, theft and damage, unlike Signed For Delivery - We do feel it is worth the extra couple of pounds.

Please note that by choosing Royal Mail Signed For delivery once your jewellery is dispatched we do not take responsibility for loss or damage whilst in the care of Royal Mail  and we are unable to offer a refund or to remake your jewellery free of charge.

Change of delivery details. If the delivery address changes after you have placed an order, please ensure that you log in to your account / or create an account and change the delivery address. Otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the jewellery being delivered to the incorrect address. 


Due to the handmade nature of our Jewellery delivery times are estimated. If you have specified a delivery date and have chosen our Priority or Express Priority service we will aim to have your Jewellery with you within this time frame. If you have chosen our standard delivery and require your jewellery for a specific date, we do highly recommend you chose the 'Priority' option, otherwise we are unable to guarantee delivery by this date, but we will do our best.  

£4.50 Royal Mail Signed For or £6.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery options.

All Jewellery will be sent out via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery* or Special Delivery**

* Royal Mail Signed For delivery is not tracked or insured. For insurance and tracking please choose the Special Delivery option during checkout. If the signed For option is chosen and an item is lost, stolen or damaged whilst in the care of Royal Mail we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, therefore we do highly recommend Special Delivery. 

** Special Delivery items will be delivered the next day after posting in most areas of the UK, however there are some exceptions, please visit the Royal Mail website here for more information.

We do recommend Special Delivery in the lead up to Christmas. We will remake free of charge any item lost, stolen or damaged if sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International orders are welcome; please contact us for shipping costs. Where available we will send jewellery tracked and signed. We will also obtain insurance, although this is not available to all countries, therefore we advise checking with the postal service of your country before ordering.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items when sent internationally.

All orders are individually custom made and we aim to send them out to you within 28 days of receiving your impressions back, this may be longer during busy periods, such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Fathers day etc. Therefore if you require your order for a specific date we suggest that you choose the Priority Order service to guarantee delivery by a specified date.

Priority Service

A priority service option is available during the checkout process for orders required within a shorter period of time. The charge for the priority service is £15.00 and your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of us receiving your impressions.

Please allow a little extra time in the lead up to  Christmas, Mothers and Fathers Day as these are our busiest times and things can take a little longer!
